Not here at Mortgage 101 made Easier, Inc., in fact - before we hang up the phone with you we always say "if you don't hear from us please you call us back".  We probably already have an answer for you but sometimes we are overwhelmed with the increase of business or simply that we have so many calls to make that we can't make them all in a work day.  It does happen.
